Brian G. Taltoan, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), has over 27 years of experience as an educator, counselor, and consultant who helps support students, families, and community agencies in their preparations for career readiness in the 21st century.    

 

Happenstance led to his calling in working with children. After a brief NFL stint with the Philadelphia Eagles organization, Brian was invited to address students at a DC public school. The overwhelmingly positive reaction from staff and students sparked his career as an educator within District of Columbia Public Schools.

 

Brian has worked in every educational setting imaginable, from alternative education and national blue-ribbon schools, to pre-kindergarten and post-secondary education. He rose through the ranks as a teacher, counselor, school administrator, and district administrator, working within urban and suburban settings. 

 

Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Brian holds a Master’s in Educational Counseling from Bowie State University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Howard University. He currently resides in Baltimore with his wife and three children.
